This weird dog thing said this thing is used for communication here. Wherever here is. This doesn't seem like anywhere I've ever seen before. I don't even know how I got here. Was it some kind of prank? I was in recharge, then I found myself here.

Is there anyone I know out there? It's Top. Or can someone at least explain how I got here better than this thing did?

Yes, we do. I am DWN 024 while Top is DWN 021, it's a simple way to keep track of us considering how many there are.
