This might sound like a strange question, but I don't know what else to do. And I don't want to get maimed again by someone because of the stupid thing that calls itself my partner.

How do you handle a digimon that apparently is a complete idiot and lacks any sense when it comes to self-preservation?

Think about it a lot. I want you to be sure in whatever you choose. But don't be scared. There are lots of people who can make sure you're safe.

What's so strange about people helping others?

I don't know for sure. Maybe it's fear. Maybe it's habit. Maybe they'd rather take their chances with him then come to our side.

... Some of those don't really seem like good reasons. Wouldn't it be better to be safe instead of taking the chance like that?

I know some of you look out for each other. It's not too different then that, only it's a broader range.

They're usually linemates. Just like Shadow helped me after Quick mauled me. That seems more normal than complete strangers helping each other.

They're only strangers because you haven't met them yet. Maybe if you thought of them as potential friends, it wouldn't seem as weird?

Potential friends? That seems even more strange, Mega Man. We aren't supposed to have friends like that.

It's not a bad idea though. Maybe you could meet some people and make some friends if you just talked to some people. There's certainly plenty of them posting on the comm.

A lot of people on here won't know what that is. Especially newer arrivals from other places. Why not just pick some interesting posts and say hello?
